Providing individual and group spiritual accompaniment, as well as spaces for individual retreats, Apple Bough House is dedicated to supporting those who are seeking to grow and develop their spirituality. Working in person and online means that this support is not limited to those who can travel.
Support is also available for those who are bereaved and struggling with their faith and spirituality.
We also offer tailored programs for not for profits and businesses to explore ethics, values, spirituality and faith foundations.
What is Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a form of soul care. An opportunity to meet with another Christian for the purpose of examining your relationship with God. Director and directee meet regularly for conversation and prayer. A spiritual director is a facilitator helping you to focus on, or pay attention to what God is doing in your life.
